Cannot access on demand or catch up and you are still billing me and also my monthly payment has gone up with no reason from you I am sick of this and I cannot even speak to anyone as keep getting cut of . I want this sorted as I will be switching to another provider I have been with you for over ** months and always paid my bill I want this problem fixed within next ** hours or I will cancel my direct debit and go elsewhere
GetHuman-tigerbay did not yet indicate what Virgin Media should do to make this right.
