I recently left virgin media , received the box to returned the equipment , put it all in and took it to nearest collect plus at Park Lane Stores , Siddal , Halifax , got a receipt , (which i have) but i'm getting a msg asking me to return the equipment or i'll be billed , also have been charged full payment for my last bill but was only in use for a few days , my name is Alan Farrar , my account number was ********* please could you resolve these issues and contact me at email address provided , on my receipt for returrn of equipment i have parcel *QQA********A*** and tracking *VJXWL*
