Hello ,I’m with a rather large group of people that booked a train for London with yourselves, and have just been informed that unless I was given a choice of a seat I should of been prepared to stand , as a result we feel like we have been duped , admittedly I was a little rude when put in this situation with one of the train staff, unintentionally, but plz , should we not of been told this information on booking?
