The issue in GetHuman-david_pl's own words
We have been contacted by phone by a non English gentleman saying he was from VirginMedia he asked to speak with my husband as there was something wrong with our internet. On telling the caller that he was not available the caller hung up. That was a few days ago but we have today received a text via our landline telephone number saying that there is something wrong with our internet and it is going to be switched off in * hours. This was at approximately **.** pm this afternoon (**********). It is now **.** pm and the internet is still connected. Can we have your comments on this please and can you do something about our being contacted by a possible scammer of our account with Virgin Media. Please treat this as important as it is of concern to us. Thank you.
