I am trying to sign in to my virgin media account. I had forgotten my password. So the interface asks me security questions "What was my first pet" the answers don't seem to be correct. It then allowed me to set a new password. Once I have set the password, it sends me back to answer a security question. The system is broken and I am unable to access my account. The reason I wanted to access my account was to buy a new service. I then tried phoning but there are no options for this type of thing on the recorded service. In fact it is not possible to speak to a human. I checked the complaints service and you complaints procedure tell customers that they can speak to someone to make a complaint. This is not true . Please contact me to fix my account access.
