For the last few days I am starting the day by unplugging router and plugging it back in to gain internet access. Today, no such luck at all. I am also not happy with my bill increasing yet again, I'm already paying around £** for **mps speed, which doesn't always work that well, and now I'm expected to pay more? I understand that prices must rise to keep up with the demand of customers but paying £** for the slowest speed package you provide is extortionate.
GetHuman-nikie did not yet indicate what Virgin Media should do to make this right.
