My broadband has stopped working - I have rung the *********** number many times and it tells me my router is not connected properly (it is) and that if I call back I will be referred to a real human being. That has not happened, I keep getting the same message from the robot who then hangs up on me. When I try to access my WiFi it tells me my password is incorrect. Even though I have never changed it. It worked fine yesterday. My account is ********* area **. Getting a bit fed up of trying to get a response now. Please get back to me as soon as possible. Kevin O’Sullivan.
