I ordered My Virgin Media Package on the ********** and was given the installation date of ********** due to them having to dig the road from one side of the street to the other, on the ********** I was notified that the engineer would be unable to do the installation as the road work had not been completed. I rang virgin a couple of days later asking what would be happening, they said they had to contact the contractors who would be doing the road work, I have not heard anything back from virgin the road works still have not been done and I have rang twice today (**********) and been on hold for more than ** minutes each time in which I cant be on hold this amount of time due to my disabled daughter. My broadband supply from talk talk also ends on ********** as was expected to be connected by not, I spoke to talk talk to extend this but would need to take out a new contract in order to do this, so I will be without internet which i rely heavily on for my daughters needs I really cant understand how such a huge company could not have me connected up with in a few week of my order it has now been almost * weeks this is extremely frustrating.
