Get money off my package ... I rang earlier regarding the loss of channels and how it is effecting me and the lack of being informed of the loss..I asked if they could do me a better deal and was told I could get a one off payment of £** and that's it. I have been a customer for over ** years first with telewest then virginmedia and they couldn't even look at giving me some reduction or better package..The man was extremely rude and I asked to speak to a manager and was told no he will tell me the same..So disgusted and was told I have to give **days noti e to leave yet they give no notice when changing channels seems to be no loyalty to their long term customers.I am looking elsewhere..
