Contact them ... Set up account & installation etc - waited in for engineer only to have to phone & explain engineers never came to be told virgin don’t cover that area!!! Direct debits & all set up plus the call alone cost me £**!*Can not get through via live chat or Facebook and I refuse to pay more on my phone Bill for their mess up
They sold the package to me set up direct debit details and on the day of installation and a no show I had to contact them only to be told by their sales they don’t cover my area!!!!!
