RACHAEL ADEBISI SAVAGE RESPECTIVELY **We purchased above tickets basically to trave to London*New York return. **We departed Lagos for London on **th September,**** seamlessly. **I changed my NYC date to **th September and I showed up but was declined to check in.**My wife departure to NYC was cancelled ahead due to COVID ** restriction on B**B* Tourist Visa. **Though I had all documentation including a valid ESTA, the claimed American Agent at Heathrow Terminal * refused my entreaties to travel.**I didn't travel accordingly.**I am still in London with my wife.**I deemed if fit to report at the ticket centre opposite check-in, to let them know I did SHOW UP. Your Agent EDITA was very pleasant and accommodating. **As a refusal to travel to NYC, I have opted to return to Lagos earlier than scheduled. **I have read on Virgin Atlantic website that if travel restriction due to COVID **, there will be no penalty.**We have opted to bring forward our return to Lagos but keep our travel schedule to NYC to a later date.**We propose to return to Lagos on *th October, ****.**I do not believe I should be penalised. **Kindly advice.**Yours truly,**HON.
