Dear Virgin Atlantic service team. I had booked a flight VS*** for LHR to DEL for ** may. However my father who was a cancer patient became critical and was admitted in the ICU. He passed away on ** May. Due to these circumstances, I had to prepone my flight and travelled on ** may by flight VS***. My booking reference number is DX*JUE and my e ticket numbers are *************, *************, ************* for passengers Gulnar Trevor George, Neil Trevor George and Nyle Trevor George. *Since the flight booking was changed, I was charged £*** as airlines charges.*My changes in the flight were made due to an extreme medical emergency and hence I would request you to please refund the charges of £*** on compassionate grounds.*I would be highly obliged and grateful if you could please consider my request for a refund.**Thank you*Kind regards*Gulnar George
