Just wanted to thank VA for the help and understanding you gave our grandson (**) on ***** on VA** to MCO. He flew EasyJet Toulouse to LGW late on ***** only to make certain he wasn't delayed and could catch the VA** flight. Unfortunately LGW closes all security*gates after ** p.m. He only had carry on luggage so could have transferred as he had his boarding pass. VA** was delayed * hours and your staff very kindly put him in the Lounge where he had a head massage and was looked after until his flight departed. He was very tired and we really appreciated the understanding and help you gave him. We fly to MCO twice a year always with VA and cannot thank your staff enough. Well done.*Beryl Turner

Did not need to fix it - just wanted to show appreciation to Virgin Atlantic staff, not only on the ground but in the air as well. He was given a seat with nobody in the next two seats beside him so that he could stretch out and sleep.*Well done Virgin Atlantic!
