Virgin Atlantic Airways e-Ticket - DU**DK. I had to change the retirn frlight from my brother's wedding because my wife's grandmother died. We returned on Monday **th September **** rather than Weds the **th. I was informed at the time in order to get a partial refund i would need to submit a copy of the death certificate. Initially I didn't to broach her family as they were grieving but I am now in possession of a copy.Please advise who * how I should submit this. Also this is a photo emailed to me rather than a full photocopy - it is legible but is this acceptable. albeit a photograph
