The issue in GetHuman-shilpapa's own words
My flight from Havana to Gatwick in **** has changed from Monday to Sunday and aircraft has changed to A*** ***. As Virgin is totally revamping the seating on this aircraft it is difficult to reserve my seats as not totally sure how the seating works. On my Virgin Atlantic App has am looking at seats **D and **E. On the map it looks like there is a gap between these seats and seat **G and seat **F does not exist. Also there are no seats directly of these seats. Can you confirm if this empty space beside and infront of these seats is actually empty space or is there a wall something that will block our view of the seats infront or restrict our legroom.
