I mistakenly signed up for a Vimeo Subscription Service simply to share a video with my students. I was unaware of the $91 charge to upload two videos. Due to COVID-19, being unemployed has made saving every dollar crucial. I would greatly appreciate a refund for the service I paid for but no longer require. I am looking to upgrade one of my team accounts to a Pro plan today. However, every link that I click on that says "UPGRADE TO PRO" just redirects me to the Pro homepage where it provides information about the Pro account. None of the upgrade buttons seem to work, as they all lead me back to the same page without allowing me to proceed to sign-up, confirmation, or payment. I am hoping to speak with a live representative who might assist with this upgrade process from the back-end. If this cannot be resolved within a few hours, I may consider switching to a different service provider.

A charge of $84.00 labeled as a 'recurring charge' appeared in my bank account on July 20, [redacted], from Vimeo Plus with a NY phone number [redacted]. I have no knowledge of Vimeo or any interest in video creation, making this charge concerning. This unauthorized 'recurring charge' is a new occurrence, and I want it to cease immediately. I am hesitant to contact my bank, as disputing charges can be a cumbersome process involving card cancellation and updating auto-payments. I request assistance in reversing the charge and halting any future transactions. Additionally, I am keen to understand how my bank information was obtained and intend to report this to the BBB. I thought Vimeo Basic was free when I downloaded the app in [redacted]. I've only made 4 videos in 4 years and recently discovered I've unknowingly been upgraded to Vimeo Plus and charged monthly. I rarely use the service, so I was surprised by the unexpected charges. I struggled to find how to cancel my account. I want to ensure it's canceled permanently. I'm confused about the automatic upgrade and payment plan. Vimeo emails end up in my junk folder, so I didn't notice the charges until recently. I feel deceived as I wasn't aware of agreeing to a paid plan upgrade. I don't recall providing credit information unless necessary for a free account. I am a member of Speakeasy Dayton virtual yoga studio. I had a $30/month subscription but realized I've been charged $30x2 every month. This has caused me some distress as I noticed it when checking my bank account balance. I have created a new account that I use now and do not want to keep the one I was charged for. Hello, I recently signed up for the free trial of Vimeo to watch the Sarasota Ballet virtual performances for the 2[redacted] season. After the trial ended, I contacted Vimeo Help-Support to cancel my $84.00 annual fee charge on my AmEx card.
