Hello, I am currently in Indonesia and I wanted to utilize Vimeo for my business endeavors. Regrettably, I encountered an issue on Mon 03 Jun [redacted] at 06:05:49 PM WITA where access to Vimeo was blocked at the IP level. My current IP address is 10.[redacted].[redacted].[redacted]. It seems deliberate as I am blocked on Firefox but not on Chrome when passing through the Tor network. However, when Tor is deactivated, I face the same issue on Chrome. Vimeo is a top-notch service in my opinion. I hope to be able to access it from Indonesia in the future. Additionally, if this issue is resolved, my account needs to be reactivated as it appears to have been disabled maybe due to my use of Tor. I acknowledge the security concerns related to blocking Indonesia due to piracy and software bots, but other similar services like YouTube still operate here. Best regards, Adolfina

My account has been suspended, and I am uncertain about the reason. I urgently need it reactivated. The message displayed indicates that my account, belonging to RIO.Studio, has been disabled for a potential violation of Vimeo's Terms of Service and/or Guidelines. The automated filters flagged some unusual activity in my account, suggesting it might be breaching the Acceptable User Policy. To have a human from the Trust & Safety team review my account for possible reinstatement, I am instructed to contact Vimeo. Additionally, there is an option to request a CSV spreadsheet containing downloadable links to my files by clicking a designated button.

My Vimeo account is disabled, and I need to reactivate it as soon as possible. Hello, I am currently subscribed to the Vimeo Plus plan which allows a maximum upload of 5GB per week. I was wondering if it is feasible to accumulate unused upload space from weeks when I haven't uploaded in order to accommodate a 7GB file that I wish to upload without upgrading to a larger plan. I am eager to upload the file using Vimeo, but if combining upload limits is not an option, I understand. I may consider using an alternative free video hosting service. Vimeo feels like a more professional choice, which is why I prefer using it. Thank you, Alan

Videomnia has a premium Vimeo membership and offers a streaming service. They have been requested to broadcast three live speeches for the Council of State on November 19th in the morning. The speeches will be given in three different cities in Italy: Rome, Genoa, and Naples, and each speech is expected to last about 1 hour. The sequence will be Rome first, then Genoa, and finally Naples. They are wondering if it would be feasible to set up a single event with one link for all three locations, rather than creating separate events for each city. I have been pleased with Vimeo until recently when I noticed a change in how I access the site. I usually use my iPad with the latest iOS version. Previously, I could easily go to the site in Safari by typing my username followed by "on Vimeo" in the search bar. This was preferable to using the app as it allowed me to have more features for editing settings, such as changing the thumbnail image, which the app lacks. However, recently I have been automatically redirected to the app, which limits my editing options. Changing the thumbnail image is essential to me, and it is frustrating that this feature is missing on the app. I have never been fond of the app for this reason as everything I need is accessible via Safari. I am disappointed, especially considering the annual fee I pay. Is there a solution to this issue? It would be beneficial for Vimeo to enhance the app to support the full range of basic settings adjustments available on the non-app version.

Hello! I need assistance with accessing Phil Good's Vimeo videos. When I try to watch any videos other than the 18-second one he made for his "VIP Viewers," they won't open. Instead, the VIP Viewers video always plays. I would be very grateful for any help with this issue. Thanks a lot! -Jenn G.

I subscribed to video on 10/12/19 for $7 a month. I unsubscribed on 10/13/19. Today, on 11/11/19, video charged me $84 on my card. If video did not unsubscribe me, why did they charge $84 instead of the $7 monthly membership fee I signed up for? If a payment is due, they should only charge the agreed-upon amount of $7. Charging $84 seems misleading. I was duped out of $77, and I request a refund. I am willing to pay the correct $7 for November [redacted]. I expect video to honor the $7 monthly subscription as per the agreement. Please issue me a refund of $77 as soon as possible. I will unsubscribe again today. Thank you.

I was charged $84 for Vimeo Plus, even though I have not used or purchased the app. I downloaded it once but did not use it and deleted it. I want a refund of my money back to my account as soon as possible. I have attempted to contact Vimeo via email support multiple times with no response, even though they promise a reply within 4 hours for Vimeo Plus customers. It has been over 10 hours now. Since the charge was less than a day ago, I am still eligible for a refund according to their policy.

I have a Vimeo icon on my Blu-ray player, where I've linked my account successfully. Although I can view my video list, I encounter an error message "Unable to start video playback. Please try again later" when attempting to play a video. After speaking with Blu-ray support confirming the player's functionality, they suggested reaching out to Vimeo customer support. I attempted to purchase "The Cosmic Secret" on December 3rd. Despite several attempts, I consistently received an error message during payment. Upon reviewing my MasterCard statement, I noticed that you charged me three times. While you refunded me twice, one payment remains unresolved, and I still do not have access to the film. I did not sign up for Vimeo Pro, but they have deducted £[redacted] from my bank account without any prior notice. This has put me in debt with my bank, especially since I am currently unemployed due to a severe car accident in May. In the accident, another driver crashed into my father's car head-on, resulting in me fracturing my spine in four places and breaking my back. I am taking a lot of prescription medications, including morphine and diazepam, which lead to memory loss and fatigue. Dealing with this situation is extremely distressing for me, and I urgently need it resolved as I have no use for Vimeo Pro.

I signed up 15 hours ago at 2 AM on December 19th, [redacted], and I need to cancel my subscription. I can't find the option to cancel. I used my Google Gmail account, and when I enter the correct password, Vimeo says it's invalid and won't let me delete my account. It seems like the system doesn't allow customers to cancel or unsubscribe easily. This is frustrating because I want to cancel within a short time frame. Why can't I unsubscribe and get a refund? It has only been 15 hours, not even a full day.

I think I have been blocked by Vimeo. I tried to pay with my daughter's debit card, but initially had trouble due to an issue with my email. After fixing that, the problem shifted to the zip code. I've been attempting to make the payment for the Extended Vimeo Video by Carolyn Kundalini Services but keep encountering errors. I wonder if the difficulty arises because I initiated the process with my name since the video is for me. I am unsure. Hello, I recently received an email from VIMEO regarding my current Pro plan. They mentioned that my usage exceeds the plan and recommended switching to a Custom plan with charges for a set bandwidth. The Account Executive, Fernando Silva, shared details and provided a proposal for the Vimeo Enterprise plan. The current cost is $[redacted] annually, but the Enterprise plan proposal is $6,[redacted] per year. I must make a decision before February 5th to avoid account suspension. I recently uploaded a campaign video to Vimeo, only to have my account disabled. This video was previously uploaded by our video vendor, and we have full rights to it. We need the video reinstated as soon as possible. I received the following message: "Dear Antwan Phillips, Unfortunately, it appears that your Vimeo account has been disabled for potentially violating the Terms of Service and/or Guidelines. I have a VIMEO PRO account registered under [redacted] I need to reset my password, but I can no longer access that email. The domain had a typo, leading to its cancellation and the deletion of my inbox. I cannot reset my password because I lack access to the associated email and do not have an alternative email linked to the account. I am a current customer of your company, and our account was disabled due to a late membership renewal. We urgently need to reactivate our account with a business pro membership. I have been attempting to resolve this matter for a week through Vimeo's web customer service portal. After receiving a reply from a customer service agent, I promptly responded with further details, but unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up communication in over a week. As a business user, the lack of a direct phone line to reach Vimeo's customer service is quite frustrating. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this issue today.
