I would appreciate a timely response from Vimeo's customer service team, with details on when I can expect my full refund as stated in their Help Center.
I've emailed Vimeo's customer service via the link provided on their Refunds Help page. TWICE. And though they claim to respond to PRO members within a few hours, both emails I've sent to them have gone ignored and it has been approx. **-hours since I first contacted them.
