Hello, I need urgent assistance. I was asked to delete a group of videos, one of which had an unlocked password that I can't recall. The video was private and not intended for viewing. Now I need to know: 1) The duration that the video was not password protected, 2) The number of views it received during that time, and 3) If the video was downloaded. If you could check your cache for this information, I would greatly appreciate it. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

I have a Vimeo account named Your Cast in Greece. The email linked to the account ([redacted]) is closed, and I am unable to match the password. I also have another Vimeo account under the name Antonis Foskolos. This information can confirm that I opened and paid for Vimeo Plus for Your Cast in Greece. I need to reset the password for the Your Cast in Greece account and update it with a new valid email. Your help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I require assistance urgently! I believe this should be a simple matter. As there is no option to speak with a customer service representative, I hope this can be easily resolved. I have been a Vimeo user for many years, primarily for showcasing my wedding videography samples. I recently upgraded to a Plus membership. However, I am encountering difficulties as I attempt to expand my business to include posting real estate videos. The problem arises when sharing the link with real estate companies, as it displays other properties, including their competitors. I am unsure how to provide a clean link to them while also having a version with my business logo for marketing. When I tried to share a "non-Vimeo" version from the settings, it could not be shared. Essentially, I need to send several videos to these companies' IT departments, but these videos must be independent of Vimeo to prevent any issues when they embed them on their websites. I need urgent assistance for my client and me. Our account holds the majority of my client's videos hosted on your platform and embedded in his online account. Although we renewed our subscription a week ago, we are unable to log in as it shows that our account does not exist. We submitted a request yesterday using your online contact form, but we need this matter resolved quickly. How can we proceed to regain access to our account immediately?

On Thursday, I tried to update an already approved video, and encountered an issue. The title of the video got unpublished due to a Copyright Match flag. I used the song "Feel Good" from Apple Music, which is royalty-free. We tried to appeal but only received an automated response email on Monday. This led to not only the locked video but also the shutdown of our on-demand site. We had already done a massive promotional campaign, sending the new site link to 70,[redacted] people before discovering the problem. It has been five days, and we, being a pro user not on a free account, haven't heard anything back from the platform.

I am considering advertising my business on your platform due to YouTube's recent censorship. However, if you also choose to censor opinions, I will not support your company and will not recommend it to others. This could lead to legal actions, boycotts, and government intervention. I am concerned that your actions may influence the upcoming elections. I will be contacting my congressman and senator regarding this matter. It is disheartening to see the current state of affairs in America. My father, a WW2 veteran, was a prisoner of war in Germany. I fear that the current atmosphere in America resembles [redacted] Germany. I believe in the power of communication and plan to utilize it. It is time to support smaller businesses. Perhaps a decline in revenue and increased competition will make you reconsider your stance. It seems you may be overlooking the discontent that exists among a significant portion of the population. On our SharePoint site (SP2007), we have a video web part that used to display content from our Vimeo collection (Portfolio). Unfortunately, it has stopped working and now shows an error message stating, "This content cannot be displayed in a frame." Two of my videos were removed as a result of copyright infringement claims from a third party. I specialize in creating Bar and Bat Mitzvah montages using commercial songs, a common practice on platforms like Vimeo. I'm confused as to why only my videos are targeted when many others also use commercial music without issues. This was never a problem before, but I recently received two takedown notices and now have two strikes against my account. Dear Vimeo, I am currently unable to reinstate my account and would like to request "temporary access mode" to archive my non-infringing videos. I am not sure how to do this and would appreciate a phone number for calling for assistance. I previously emailed asking for reinstatement and am willing to do whatever is necessary to ensure my account complies with your rules. I did not sign up for the Vimeo Plus membership auto-renewal plan, as I only needed to upload one file. The auto-renewal option was disabled before Nov 16, and I have a screenshot to confirm it. When I logged into Vimeo a few days later, I noticed they had changed my subscription from "auto-renewal disabled" to "auto-renewal enabled" without my consent and charged me for the following month starting Nov 16th. I lodged a complaint with Paypal, but it was rejected despite me providing evidence of the auto-renewal being disabled. Vimeo seems to be altering the evidence by claiming I signed up for renewal when I didn't. I have disabled the auto-renewal once again and requested that Vimeo refund the fee back into my account since it's within the 5-day cancellation period for monthly subscriptions. Be cautious and don't let Vimeo and Paypal take advantage of your money.

I recently had my Vimeo account terminated due to three strikes without being informed about the third strike. I have been a loyal user, contributing significantly by creating groups and channels. I always credited the content creators and only posted my original work. It would be great to have my account reinstated. One of the strikes was for posting the "Big Time" music video for Peter Gabriel, for which I had all necessary permissions. The other strike was for "The Fourth Dimension," where I had a role and faced no issue when it was removed. I am unsure about the third strike. Having direct phone contact for customer service would improve issue resolution. I request assistance in restoring my account to access the channels, groups, and albums I manage. I would like to report an issue regarding a recent unexpected charge on my account. I was browsing a website for information on a video titled "Understanding the End Time by the Holocaust." The website mentioned PayPal as a payment option, and when I clicked on the PayPal link to verify, I got charged for a download without entering any personal information or authorizing the purchase. I was surprised by this as I never provided any credit card details or PayPal information. The website I was trying to access did not charge me. I immediately stopped the download by closing the internet connection. I demand a full refund as I never authorized any transactions or shared my payment details. I reached out to PayPal, who confirmed they did not process the order. Bank of America informed me of a $12 charge, while the video package was advertised at $8. It is concerning that my credit card information was accessible without me providing it. I am Craig Loper, the owner of the CMS Entertainment's Vimeo Business Account seeking guidance. Initially, I set a password but now cannot access with it. I authorized Mitchell Loper at [redacted] as an administrator and Giancarlo Covelli from CloudCraft Television to upload files. The issues are: 1. I signed up for Vimeo for an hour intending to watch a video, but encountered issues so I promptly canceled. Despite being under the impression of a three-day free trial, I was charged $[redacted], which surprised me. I have never utilized Vimeo, cannot locate it on any of my devices, and have only received promotional emails regarding the trial. I kindly request a refund on my card for this charge. I noticed a charge of $79.99 on my bank statement from Vimeo using stripe.com on 4/4 labeled as Dark Shadows. Can someone please explain what this charge is for? Hello. I inadvertently signed up for the [redacted] Light the Fire Again conference package under termination card [redacted] in the name of S.R. Oyanguren for an event from May 1 to May 5. Despite canceling the service on May 1 due to not using it, a charge was still applied to the card on May 2. I have reached out to Vimeo for assistance, but the responses have not been helpful, and they have directed me to contact someone else without resolution. Unfortunately, there is no provided phone number to speak with a responsible party, causing frustration. I accidentally upgraded to Vimeo PRO during a free trial to access the public sharing feature. My bank account was charged $[redacted].00 on 05/07/[redacted]. I only used Vimeo once and don't need their services, so I would like a full refund. I registered using my Gmail account around early April. The email connected to my Vimeo account will be shared later. The last four digits of my Visa debit card used are [redacted]. I appreciate any help with this matter. Thank you.

I have already contacted your customer team via email, but unfortunately, they have been unable to resolve my issue. I am being charged for Vimeo Plus even though I have not used it since I initially paid for the service back in February. Despite reaching out to your team, they claim they have no record of my previous emails being associated with an account. I am paying £12 monthly for a service I am not utilizing. I'm frustrated with trying to log into Vimeo. I wrote to them without my account number, and now I'm stuck. I've spent an hour trying to contact Vimeo to no avail. I tried the "Forgot your password?" option but got no further. I mentioned my email is [redacted] and that I wanted to access my account on a new browser. I have strong passwords but keep getting error messages when trying to reset them. Even switching to my old browser (Chrome) didn't help. It seems someone else has more access to my account than I do. This has happened so often over the last year that I'm considering leaving Vimeo, which is a shame as I have many videos to upload this year.
