I was not aware my card was going to be charged automatically for renewal yesterday. I did not receive an email warning letting me know my membership was up for renewal. I did not use your service last year except for one school project. I do not want another year especially for $** when I do not even take it vantage of it. I am requesting a full refund for my $** as I had the service for less than ** hours In this new billing cycle. I will not use it at all in the next year and do not want to pay such an exorbitant amount of money. If you have any questions feel free to contact me otherwise please refund my money to my card on file and continue with my cancellation. Thank you
