I have been billed since April for $** a month. I was under the impression that I was only purchasing for a single month, but just looked at my bank account and noticed that I have been charged every month since. This is a card that I don’t have an app for and haven’t seen my bill in a while because I no longer use this card. However I would still like my money back because I have not used the upgrade since then. I needed to upload a large file and that was it.
GetHuman-remalhal did not yet indicate what Vimeo should do to make this right.
