Good afternoon, I have encountered two financial issues that I need help resolving. Firstly, I placed an online order on 11/21/[redacted] with order number W[redacted]46. Despite my order being canceled due to delayed delivery, I unexpectedly received all items purchased. I would like to pay for this order as I have received the products. How should I proceed? Secondly, I made another online purchase with order number C[redacted]24. Although the amount was debited from my card, the purchases appear to be canceled. I am unsure of what happened. I would appreciate it if these purchases could be processed as intended, or if not possible, I would like a refund issued to my card. Thank you.

I visited your store in Oxford Valley last night around 6:30. The staff there was rude and unprofessional. I was browsing through the pajamas on the PINK side when a sales associate loudly complained to a group of other associates, including what seemed to be a manager, about a customer who had just yelled at her in Russian. The manager didn't do anything to calm the situation, and they all laughed together. This was very unprofessional. When I went to pay for my items, despite the poor experience, I inquired about boxes. The girl who rang me up curtly replied, "No," without any apology or nicety. The entire encounter left me very disappointed.

My mother bought 10 bottles of products for me, five mists, and five lotions. She ordered them in-store as she doesn't have an email. Unfortunately, five arrived broken. The closest store is two hours away, making it difficult to return them. I was chatting with a representative who was going to send me a gift card via email, but we got disconnected.

Return of order E[redacted]06. Hello, I ordered 5 pairs of underwear from you (supposed to be a Christmas gift) and didn't receive a single one! Instead, there was a thong and a bra in the package. These items were not what I ordered! I returned everything and now I receive an email saying my return is not accepted. I feel completely let down. The mistake is clearly on Victoria's Secret's end, not mine! I contacted your customer service right after receiving the wrong items and followed your instructions precisely. What is going on now??? All I expect is a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card. Even the return cost (2.70€) being on me is outrageous. Just to clarify => the mistake is on your side! Customer is extremely frustrated!!!!

The current status of my order on Asendia's website is "Shipment Information Received" since Wednesday, December 8, [redacted], at 8:02 PM. However, my order was supposed to arrive on December 20th as a Christmas gift, but it never arrived, and I lack further details. Over a month and a half later, my order is still missing. After contacting Asendia via email, they replied that they received the shipment details on December 9, [redacted], but the physical package has not reached their facility for processing. Hello, my email is [redacted] I keep receiving your promotional emails with discount codes. However, when I try to place an order, the items vanish during the checkout process, and I am unable to use the discount code because there is no input option available on Safari, even though I am logged in. I have repeatedly searched all the pages in the cart for the input field. Please address this issue as I find it unfair and malicious. It would be great if the discount codes were not just for viewing but also for using, especially when there is supposed to be a free bag included.

Hello, I am writing to share my experience with the Birthday Reward as a Victoria Secret Silver cardholder. Each January, I am excited to take advantage of the great sales and use my Birthday Reward. However, when I used my reward to order a pair of workout leggings which I later decided to return due to their shininess, I faced a disappointment. At the store, I found a bra I liked, but I was informed that I couldn't apply my Birthday Reward to the purchase. It was disheartening to realize that I could only use the reward for the same item in a different size or color. I believe that as a perk for cardholders, more flexibility should be offered, allowing us to use the reward on items we desire. Hopefully, Victoria Secret can consider revising this policy in the future to better accommodate their loyal customers. Thank you, - A.R.

Dear Customer Service Team, I am reaching out to address an issue with my online fragrance orders. On 20/02, after confirming the first order and making a payment of 65,86€, I did not receive any order confirmation via email. I proceeded to place a second order on the same day for 5 fragrances, made a payment of 49,90€, and received a confirmation email for this order (Order number: E[redacted]00), which I have recently received. Upon checking my bank account, I noticed that the initial amount of 65,86€ has not been cancelled, indicating an error with the first order payment. I am astonished that my account was closed without any warning. Had I been notified beforehand, I would have certainly utilized my card for purchases. In today's digital age, with various communication channels available, it is surprising that such actions were taken without any prior notice. Prioritizing "requirements" over customer service is a disheartening approach. It appears more effort went into closing the account than sending a simple email or text. The only reason I became aware of this was through my credit report, resulting in a drop in my score due to the closure of a long-standing account. I've spoken to six representatives tonight, hoping to resolve my issue. I received a gift card made of compostable material. When I tried to reveal the PIN by scratching the material, the card got damaged, making the PIN illegible. I reached out to the [redacted] number on the card, but the lady hung up on me. After being directed to call [redacted], spending 30 minutes on the line, and being told to call the initial number again, I was frustrated. Local store staff couldn't help either. When I contacted [redacted] again, I was transferred and informed that the only option was to have a store representative call to transfer the balance to a new card. Despite the card's instructions for replacement if damaged, I was denied over-the-phone assistance and asked to visit a store. This entire process has been unacceptable, and all I want is to use my $15 gift card.

My name is Amanda Mosley. I frequently make purchases at Victoria’s Secret. Recently, I returned two bras that I decided I didn't want, but the refund was credited back to my card instead of giving me cash. Usually, I spend between $[redacted] to $[redacted] per visit, so receiving cash would have been more convenient for me. This mistake has caused an overdraft on my account, which is frustrating because that money was earmarked for gas and a bill. I’m disappointed and won’t be shopping at Victoria’s Secret again. To me, the card should be considered the same as cash in this situation. I've had a similar issue at Academy before, and as a single mom of five who had her daughters with her during the return, this experience has left me quite dissatisfied. Hello, I am Roni K. and my email is [redacted] On April 3rd, I made a reservation for 9 pairs of underwear on a website. The order confirmation number is #W[redacted]65, and I paid $67.93 via PayPal. I requested delivery to my friend (Noa) at a hotel in Tampa, Florida, USA, while I am in Israel. I got an email about the shipment's arrival on April 6, but Noa never received it. Later, I received an email stating my items were returned in a Florida store without my knowledge. Since the address is a hotel, I assume someone there wrongly took the package and returned it. As I didn't authorize this return and I'm out of money and items, I demand a full refund.

I would like to share my story with you. Before the tornado on December 10 destroyed everything, I had a good job in Bowling Green, KY. I used to shop every payday, and I loved collecting pink outfits and perfumes. Over the years, I gathered all the free bags and accessories from your brand. I even cherished my pink luggage and owned almost all the items available. The tornado took everything except what I had in my pocket. The devastation caused me severe PTSD, making it hard to go back to work. I'm currently staying in a hotel, unable to find a new place without a job. Losing my home after just moving in and not getting renters insurance in time has made it difficult to recover. I am sharing my recent store visit at your Quail location. On Friday, April 29th, I didn't receive a warm welcome. I felt judged for bringing my children and my handicapped client with me. When I asked for a fitting, I didn't feel properly sized last time. The attendant suggested a size and left. I had to find my own bra and couldn't find assistance to ensure it was the right fit. There was nobody available at the checkout area for at least 5 minutes. I also noticed body mist on sale but it turned out not to be discounted, so I declined. The checkout experience was unpleasant, and I left feeling unwelcome. I used to enjoy shopping at your store, but this recent visit didn't meet my expectations. It's disappointing as this is the only place I buy my bras.

I made a purchase tonight with Order #WO[redacted]0 just after midnight. I was unable to find where to enter my discount code during checkout. Live chat verified my code # BBH[redacted]LVLKY36 but was unable to assist further. My discount card is for the "Save $20 on $50 Purchase" promotion. Ho acquistato una borsa in saldo che poi è risultata priva del logo marchio indicato. Non essendo in grado di tornare a Firenze da Trieste, dove abito, chiedo gentilmente di risolvere la questione spedendomi la borsa corretta che avevo visto e comprato inizialmente. La store manager mi ha comunicato che l'azienda ha negato la consegna della borsa originale e mi ha proposto di cambiarla in un altro negozio, cosa non possibile per me poiché il negozio più vicino a Trieste è assente. I had an incident recently, not related to Victoria's Secret, where I accidentally left my bag at the food court after making a purchase on 8/1. Despite checking with vendors and security, I couldn't find it. Although the charge on my credit card was only $37.40, I intended to gift the items to my daughter-in-law in Prague. When I returned to the store, I found the sale items I had bought were sent to another store. I tried returning to purchase more items, but I was saddened by not being able to replace the original items that were taken.
