Dear Ladies and Gentlemen,**our prepaid mobile phone including company data, ******** *** ** **, was stolen on **.**.****.*We reported to the police on **.**.****. The case is currently being investigated by the police department.**The thief has ported the phone number to a new network operator on **.**.****. As a result, the phone number could not be blocked immediately. In the meantime, the thief opened a Viber Account for this mobile number and tried to reach our business customers via the Viber Account. We have suffered tremendous damage since August ****.**We are a bus company, Olitours d.o.o , have used this phone number as a company mobile phone for ** years. All our customer contacts have been running on this phone for the last ** years. We never had a Viber Account for this phone number.**We friendly ask you, if possible, to block this Viber Account immediately until criminals have completed the investigation and have closed this mobile number.**A copy of the police notice in German can be provided any time, if necessary.**Many thanks for your support and understanding.**Svetlana Ilic**Olitours d.o.o.
