Dear Customer Service, I kindly ask for your help with my issue regarding the Viber application. I remember there was a version that displayed a status when someone was online but not actively using Viber during that time, and if someone was completely offline, it showed their last online status. I am using Windows 10 and would like to know which specific version had this feature. Could you please provide me with the exact version or a link to download it again? I have been contacted for the past 8 months by an individual claiming to be Aaron Smith, stating that I won $[redacted],[redacted] through your company. I have sent over $2,[redacted] for various clearance fees and a promised $5,[redacted] loan, but each time I am asked for more money. When I requested my $[redacted] back, I was told to send more payments totaling $[redacted]. Now, I am being asked for an additional $[redacted] to receive the $[redacted],[redacted] and my initial $[redacted] back. I refuse to pay more. I have been using the Viber app to call Belarus. Even though I initiated the call through Viber, I noticed that my carrier has been charging me for these calls on my bill. For instance, on July 20, [redacted], at 11:50 am, I placed a call to Belarus through Viber, but my carrier billed me for an international call. My carrier explained that the call was converted to a voice call due to a Viber disconnection, resulting in $48 in charges for international calls that were made through Viber. I am seeking a refund for these charges as Viber should have informed me before converting the call to a regular cellular call. I observed that some calls are connecting to a non-existent number [redacted]94, which is not even a valid country code. I am puzzled as to why Viber would allow such calls and further convert them to voice calls.

I'm curious about why my Viber sometimes shows me online when I'm not using it. The other night, I messaged my husband goodnight from work, went to sleep, and the next morning he saw me online when I wasn't. He asked if I was talking to someone else, but I explained that at that time I was only turning off my alarm and going back to sleep. I wasn't actually chatting with anyone. This situation made me wonder why Viber shows me online when I'm not active on the app. Thank you.

Hello, I am wondering why my online status on Viber is showing as active when I am actually offline. For instance, one night, while I was out working, I sent a goodnight message to my husband and then went to sleep. The next morning, my husband messaged me on Viber. However, at that time, although he saw me as online for a few minutes while he was composing his message, I was actually offline. I had only briefly been on my phone to turn off the alarm and then left it on the bed to assist an elderly person in my care. This caused confusion as he thought I was actively ignoring his message. Hello, I have been using Viber to call Albania from Worcester, MA for years now. Thank you for all you offer. I have Sprint for cellphone service and have not experienced issues until last month when Sprint started charging my calls to Albania as long-distance calls instead of recognizing Viber usage. Sprint insists the problem is with Viber, not them, and is billing me $[redacted]. They are willing to remove the charge if Viber can confirm they will address any app issues. I solely rely on Viber for long-distance calls, so I believe there was a glitch with my cellphone service, not the app. I am seeking assistance with resolving this $[redacted] charge for calls made through Viber. Hello, since the day before yesterday, my Viber app started acting up on my iPhone 7. I suddenly couldn't chat anymore, but I could still receive calls all day. The next day, I completely deleted the app from my iPhone 7 and tried to sign in again, but unfortunately, I can't do it now, it just doesn't work!!??? I enter the country code normally, then I enter the phone number without the zero, and it shows me (Error Registration can't be completed...... Try again). I tried several times, but it always shows the same error.... then I put a different SIM card in my phone and tried to sign in with a new number, it also doesn't work??? Dear Viber, I have contacted you before regarding the ongoing issue with my subscription renewal for calling Egypt through Viber for 7.99 Canadian dollars. Despite cancelling the subscription multiple times with Google Pay, the charges continue to appear on my Visa statement. I kindly request the immediate cancellation of this plan as I no longer require this service. Additionally, I would appreciate a refund for the last two months' charges. I recently broke the screen of my iPhone and have temporarily switched to an older handset with an outdated iOS version. I don't have a smartphone and my basic cellphone lacks a QR scanner and data plan. I aim to use Viber PC on my Windows 7 laptop. I successfully installed Viber using the BlueStacks Android emulator, as my laptop runs Viber. Despite multiple attempts, I cannot activate Viber PC. Even after following the activation process using the generated code in Gmail on BlueStacks, Viber PC remains unactivated. Sadly, Viber does not allow incoming texts. I prefer Viber PC over the BlueStacks version due to excessive gaming content on the latter. I am at a loss as Viber support considers the issue resolved due to the presence of the BlueStacks Android version. How can I successfully activate Viber PC without the continuous issues I am facing?

Unfortunately, I continue to receive automated responses from Viber's support team, but my problem persists. I was informed by an operator that my Viber account has been blocked, and I am unsure why this has occurred as I have not engaged in any illegal activities. Yesterday, I updated my phone number in the app and had to reinstall it. However, the notification with my new number wasn't sent to my contacts, so I messaged my family and friends manually. Unfortunately, after sending a few messages, I received a notification that my account was blocked due to spam reasons, which I believe is an error. I tried reaching out to Viber support, and although they responded promptly, the issue persists, and now I can't access my account at all. Dear Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning issue. Two weeks ago, I changed my daughter's cellphone number with the T-Com operator. Unfortunately, the previous number was reassigned to another individual who has since activated Viber on the device. This has resulted in the new user having access to my daughter's contacts and conversations, including her profile picture. I believe this may be a case of identity theft and if not resolved promptly, I will have to involve the authorities. I deleted my Viber account back in August. A contact from Ukraine messaged my US cell phone number directly, claiming they obtained it from my old Viber account. I promptly blocked their Viber number on my iPhone. Will this prevent them from reaching out to me in the future? The number they used was [redacted] (50) [redacted] 41 08.
