I had purchased two Santana concert tickets for the 22nd of March [redacted] in Munich, but the event was canceled due to the pandemic. Following viagogo's request on the 12th of March, I sent my tickets to Ireland for a refund, which is well-documented with photos of the tickets I sent. After an email on the 19th of March suggesting not to send the tickets (which I had already done), it was stated that it would take at least 30 days for the refund process. On the 7th of May, I received another email from viagogo offering a voucher worth [redacted]% of the ticket value, or a monetary refund, which I opted for. Subsequently, on the 8th of May, viagogo confirmed the receipt of my refund request, mentioning delays due to the pandemic. I haven't received any further updates since then and would appreciate clarification on the refund status or a confirmation that the process is ongoing as scheduled. I am unsure if any further action is required on my part and contemplating involving legal assistance if necessary. Unfortunately, I have been unable to reach viagogo for information and would be grateful for your assistance.

I am seeking assistance regarding my Viagogo order for the Sarah Chang Concert on May 2, [redacted], at the New West Symphony in Thousand Oaks, California. Despite the event cancellation, I have not received a refund as the venue has not received any payment for these tickets. I have forwarded all the necessary documents to Viagogo and even contacted my bank, Bank of America, for charges paid via my credit card. I kindly request guidance on how to proceed with obtaining a refund as the event was canceled, and funds have been exchanged without services rendered. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

I recently had a friend in Portland, Oregon, help me purchase tickets for the Five Finger Death Punch concert on October 16th. I paid her for the tickets but just found out she can't download them until a week before the event. I would feel more secure if the tickets could be sent directly to me. I bought four VIP tickets for The Subdudes show on March 27th at The City Winery in Nashville, TN. Due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, I couldn't travel from San Francisco for the event. The tickets totaled $[redacted].95. I have been attempting to inquire about a refund for months but have not received any response. It's disheartening to feel neglected. As a disabled Vietnam veteran, I believe I should be treated with more respect. Can anyone assist me in obtaining a refund? I would greatly appreciate any help in getting my money back. Thank you.

I purchased 2 tickets but mistakenly entered my email address incorrectly. As a result, I have not received the confirmation email and ID necessary to access my Viagogo account or contact them by phone. The email address they have on file is [redacted], missing a letter and rendering it useless. I've attempted to call them, but they require my ID which I cannot provide without the confirmation email.

Hello, In May [redacted], a ticket for the Harry Styles concert was purchased, but to this day, there's been no update, no ticket received (we can only receive it by mail, not by email, otherwise, where's the fun?). Even though we were told we might receive the ticket a week before the event, can it really be that they couldn't have sent the ticket all this time? Today, the concert has been postponed again, and it's uncertain if it will happen. There are two possible solutions to resolve this issue: - Either refund the full ticket amount! - Or finally send me the ticket! If this matter is not resolved, I will take further action.

I bought tickets for a Motley Crue concert in California and Texas in January [redacted]. Accidentally got Texas tickets, called right away for a refund, but was told to sell them on Viagogo. Due to Covid, couldn't sell them. Months later, not interested in the concert anymore, and didn't sell the tickets. Filed two claims with Bank of America on 12/11/[redacted] for order #[redacted]8 for $[redacted].23 purchased on 1/5/[redacted] and order #[redacted]8 for $[redacted].95. Claims were denied for being "outside timeframe," but I called Viagogo the same day. Frustrated with the situation and want a refund, not credit. Saying I need legal help to get my money back, as this is the only concert I wasn't refunded for in the U.S. Will make this known on social media. Requesting a refund or will take further action.

I purchased concert tickets on ViaGoGo 20 days ago for an event happening in about a year. I received an order confirmation email, but I have not yet received the tickets. ViaGoGo states they will only be sent out 2 weeks before the concert. However, they already charged the money to my bank account without having sent the tickets. Additionally, I have seen many reviews online claiming it is a scam. I would like a refund but I am unsure of the process. Thank you.

I am still waiting for a refund for tickets I purchased on 22/7/[redacted] for the Six Nations Championship Italy vs. England on Saturday, 14th of March [redacted], which was postponed until 31st of October [redacted] with no spectators allowed due to Covid. After choosing the money refund option following an email offering vouchers or a refund, I received communication that there was trouble processing the refund back into my account. I have since checked and updated my account information but have not received confirmation that the issue has been resolved. I believe the company should improve its customer service as I find the current situation very difficult. Thank you, hopefully, David Walker.

I contacted Gerald Haines regarding the Viagogo ticket refund issue for the canceled Portland concert. Mr. Haines explained that his friend, Barbara Stillwell, purchased 2 tickets for 5 Finger Death Punch concert for $[redacted] each using order number [redacted]. The concert got canceled on October 1, [redacted], and the refund process was initiated within 60 days. However, it has been over 4 months since then, and Mr. Haines is eager to know when he will receive his refund. He expressed frustration with the lack of information provided by the customer service representative during his last inquiry. He requested prompt assistance and resolution from Viagogo.

Ticket Refund Assistance Request for Lenny Kravitz Concert I recently purchased tickets for a Lenny Kravitz concert in Sydney for March [redacted], which unfortunately got canceled. Despite being promised a refund by the viagogo site, it has been a lengthy process. After 9 months, I was informed that the refund would be issued to the original payment method. However, I had since canceled the card, resulting in the refund failing. Following communication with the site's support system, I updated my payment method, but only PayPal is currently accepted due to restrictions with entering my BIC code for my rib. I am based in New Caledonia and my French bank is internationally recognized. I hope to resolve this matter efficiently by providing my rib details directly without further complications on the site. I purchased tickets for the Chris Stapleton and Willie Nelson concert in [redacted]. It was rescheduled for [redacted], and now it has been postponed again until [redacted]. I was really looking forward to seeing Willie Nelson perform, and I hope he will still be able to. The decision not to offer refunds while there is uncertainty about his participation is disappointing. Many fans, like myself, don't have the same financial resources as the artists. It would be more considerate to think about what the fans are experiencing and to show some compassion during these difficult times.

Hello, Order - [redacted]2 I am in New Zealand and I wanted to purchase tickets for the Highlanders match on April 16th. When searching for "Super Rugby match tickets," I came across a website titled "New Zealand Super Rugby | [redacted] - Tickets On Sale Available Now." Unfortunately, I later realized it was a UK site after making the payment. I promptly contacted my bank to stop the transaction and emailed Viagogo customer service to reverse the payment. I discovered a legitimate site selling all three tickets for NZD180, whereas I paid NZD326 on Viagogo. I kindly request assistance in getting a refund promptly.

I bought tickets for Leeds Festival [redacted] and listed them for resale on Viagogo. I had emails confirming the sale, but now my Viagogo emails have disappeared from my Gmail account. I can't find my purchase in my Viagogo account to get the order details. Viagogo mentioned trying to pay me, but said my payment method was incorrect. Good afternoon. Since 6:43, I have been trying to access the platform for Arjona's live event. I followed the steps outlined in the ticket and watched a YouTube video for access. I was automatically directed to a Cinépolisclik link where I had to pay to gain entry, something that was not specified in the ticket or video. After an hour and a half of trying, I ended up paying. I was able to access, but it was not the original page, it was the Cinépolis page and only a gray screen appeared, and the charge was made again. I tried again on the official page, but it said my account was incorrect. I kept trying until around 8:45 when I was able to finally access, even though the live event started at 7 and I was redirected to Cinépolis' page twice. I couldn't enjoy my concert - I only saw about 15 minutes, and I had to pay twice. I hope you can help me. Thank you.

I purchased two tickets for an Ateez concert in Chicago scheduled for April 19, [redacted], last spring. Due to Covid-19, the concert was postponed around March [redacted]. It has been a year, and Ateez has already started a new tour with new dates. However, the tour I originally purchased tickets for is already completed, but on my end, it still shows as postponed. I have reached out via email multiple times but haven't received a response. I cannot list the tickets for resale, and I am unable to get a refund despite the tour being concluded. The total cost of the tickets is over $1,[redacted], and I really need to get my money back. It's challenging to sell tickets for a concert that no longer exists.

I have purchased and already charged to my card two tickets for the Camilo concert at Stingline Marbella for the 17/07/[redacted] (Saturday), for an amount of [redacted].53 Euros (IS IT CORRECT), these were the tickets I wanted. I have received the correct tickets, which are TWO in Tribune C Row 23 - consecutive seats 17 and 19. Having said that, everything is correct so far. The ISSUE: the seat and show information is correct, but the TICKET NAMES and PRICE are WRONG. It shows someone named Ignacio Baena Perez and a price of 32 Euros as the ticket; General rate. I had requested a friend to buy concert tickets in December [redacted] for a November [redacted] event. The total payment of $[redacted].00 was made, and an Order ID [redacted]2 was issued by viagogo. When the concert got cancelled, I asked for a refund, but viagogo did not process it. After changing the email associated with the order to mine, I tried to resolve the issue. I have communicated with approximately ten phone agents regarding the refund, but now I am unable to reach the support hotline as it seems to be blocked. Despite receiving assurance from over twenty viagogo agents worldwide that they initiated the refund, each attempt has failed. I followed their instructions by using two different accounts and a PayPal account, which they confirmed over the phone. Yet, they are claiming they are unable to refund the $[redacted].00. I have engaged with Resolver, but viagogo representatives are now disputing the validity of my email address, even though they continue to email me on that very address on their website. They also leave voice messages on my phone stating they are puzzled by the refund delay but refuse or are unable to put me in touch with the accounts department. Regards, Peter.
