I purchased tickets from viagogo.com for Sting at the Lucca Summer Festival [redacted]. My order number is [redacted]8 for the show on Mon, 29 Jul [redacted]. Unfortunately, the tickets were lost by UPS. I contacted viagogo two weeks ago, but they have not taken any action. Their responses seem like generic replies promising to replace the tickets, but nothing has been done, and I doubt they will follow through. I have requested a refund but have not heard back from them. This situation is concerning as I have already booked non-refundable hotel and air accommodations for this event.

We attempted to purchase 2 concert tickets online. Due to internet issues, the initial two transactions failed, and we successfully purchased tickets on the third attempt. However, we were charged for 4 tickets instead of 2. Upon trying to log in to resolve the issue, we forgot our passwords. We used two different accounts due to the earlier difficulties. After contacting customer service, they blocked our account access and promised to investigate. Unfortunately, we have not received any updates, and [redacted] euros were debited from my account without ticket delivery. Additionally, my partner's account was double-charged, receiving 4 tickets instead of the 2 we intended to buy. We are struggling to reach them for a resolution.

On June 9th, I purchased tickets for the Brisbane Lions vs North Melbourne footy match on July 20th. Unfortunately, on June 11th, I had to relist the tickets (order ID: [redacted]11) due to a family emergency. Despite multiple attempts to contact viagogo through their website, I have not received any response or acknowledgment regarding my ticket listing. I even lowered the ticket prices and tried to split the tickets to attract more buyers, but encountered technical difficulties. Given the circumstances and the effort I made to sell the tickets, I believe a full refund is fair. The lack of effective communication channels with viagogo has been extremely frustrating, especially considering the urgency of my situation. I hope to resolve this issue promptly.

I sold my Khalid tickets back to Viagogo, but I have not received my refund yet. I contacted them regarding my order [redacted]8 on 28 July [redacted]. They mentioned charging me for any additional costs incurred while finding replacement tickets for the buyer. I was informed that I won't be paid for this sale. I received an email from Viagogo informing me that my tickets are no longer valid and that I will receive new tickets via their transfer service. However, I received an email from Gurveer stating that the tickets are ready to transfer, along with a disclaimer urging caution regarding the legitimacy of the tickets. I am unfamiliar with Gurveer and would prefer to receive my tickets directly from Viagogo or request a refund.

My order number, #[redacted]6, was for 2 Rolling Stones tickets at Philadelphia Lincoln Center, which I heard were canceled. The rescheduled date on July 23 coincided with a memorial service for my mother-in-law's sudden passing. With funeral arrangements taking precedence, I was unable to address this issue promptly. Could there be a possibility of exchanging these 2 tickets for the Clearwater Florida Bilmeimer Capitol performance on August 8, [redacted]? Dealing with the stress of my mother-in-law's passing, the concert cancellation, and the loss of funds for my husband's birthday gift, it would mean a lot to have a compassionate consideration for the Clearwater date. We will be in Clearwater by August 8 to deal with selling her house, making attending the concert a welcome break. I understand this may be an unusual request, but perhaps there could be an exception to transfer the $[redacted].20 purchase into 2 tickets for the Clearwater Rolling Stones concert. Best regards, D. Hello, I am reaching out regarding the Hugh Jackman concert tickets we received today for the Adelaide Entertainment Centre show on August 10. We purchased the tickets on TICKETEK's website. The tickets state a price of $[redacted].20, however, we were charged $[redacted].00 each, which was unexpected. Additionally, the tickets bear someone else's name. Despite paying a higher amount, we believed we would have better seats, but this was not the case. We acquired these tickets in March, unaware they were second-hand tickets at such a steep price. We were not informed that viagogo, a separate entity from Ticketek, was involved. Our aim is to address this issue promptly and obtain a full refund prior to the event. I bought tickets for Joe Bonamassa's show in Las Vegas on October 27 with order number [redacted]9. Despite this, I have not received the tickets yet from Viagogo, causing me to worry if this is a legitimate transaction. I am hesitant to make hotel and flight arrangements without the tickets in my possession. When attempting to resell the tickets through Viagogo, I encountered numerous restrictions that make it seem like I may lose even more money. There are frustrating issues with listing the ticket details and additional costs for any mistakes. I regret using Viagogo and simply want either my tickets as confirmed or a refund.

I purchased tickets for the U2 concert at Optus Stadium in Perth on November 27, [redacted]. My Order ID is [redacted]1, and the total cost was $[redacted].02 with a $12.48 transaction fee charged to my MasterCard on June 11. Despite receiving an email confirmation, I never received the tickets after attempting to download them from Ticketmaster. I am experiencing frustration with Viagogo's customer service. I am trying to relist tickets bought from them. When I attempt to do so, the box to enter seat numbers is greyed out because the original purchase didn't have seat numbers. After uploading proof of purchase, Viagogo provided seat numbers and asked me to delist and re-enter them. Despite following these instructions, the seat number box is still inaccessible for me to enter the numbers. I have contacted customer service three times about this issue and keep receiving the same unhelpful response. I was even informed at one point that they could enter the numbers for me, but I am still being asked to do it myself even though I am unable to. Despite sending multiple requests, I continue to receive the same reply instructing me to list the tickets again. To work around this, I have to list the tickets under the 'Sell Tickets' option, resulting in a lower payout due to fees. I simply want my tickets relisted for sale. The delays in responses and repetitive solutions from customer service are frustrating. I understand this is not your fault, but I urge for a quick resolution to this matter. Team, I need assistance regarding my recent purchase of 2 tickets for the Man City vs Wolves match. The game has been rescheduled from the 5th to the 6th of October, which conflicts with our travel plans, and we are unable to attend. There are a few issues that I am currently facing: 1. I purchased 3 concert tickets for Marina on Viagogo, my only chance to see my favorite singer live. Unaware of their bad reviews until recently, I was ecstatic about the purchase made 3 months ago, but the tickets have not arrived yet. The concert is in November, and it's already September; I urgently need the tickets. As the concert is not in my country, I have to make travel arrangements. Unsure if the tickets are real or when they will arrive, it's risky to travel without them. I'm considering selling the tickets and buying from the original website. Dear Viagogo Customer Service, I am writing to bring to your attention my recent purchase of 2 tickets for the Andy Lau Concert in Singapore on 28th September [redacted] with Order ID: [redacted]1 through Viagogo on 1st June [redacted]. I have discovered that the concert organizer requires early bird purchasers to provide identification at the time of ticket purchase, with the purchaser's name printed on the tickets. The terms and conditions clearly state that entry will be denied if the ticket holder's name does not match the purchaser's name on the ticket, and tickets are non-transferable. Enhanced security measures will be in place to verify identities upon entry. Due to these restrictions, I am concerned that the tickets I purchased will not be valid for entry. As Viagogo guarantees entry as per the terms and conditions, I kindly request a refund for my tickets. I have attached a screenshot of the concert organizer's FAQ for reference. Order ID: [redacted]8 I purchased 2 tickets to see Christina Aguilera in Las Vegas for the 6th of June [redacted] on the 10th of May [redacted] for $[redacted].45. I received an email confirming the purchase, but the tickets were never sent to my email. After contacting support, I was advised to check Ticketmaster, but the tickets were not there either. Support requested proof of purchase and evidence that the tickets were not in my account, which I have sent multiple times. Unfortunately, I keep receiving automated responses asking for the same proof. It's been quite frustrating as I have already booked my flight and hotel but still have no tickets. My mom purchased Hootie and the Blowfish tickets for the concert on 6-13-19 via Viagogo, scheduled for this Thursday, 9-12-19. Unfortunately, she mistakenly entered the wrong email address during the purchase and now she doesn't have access to that email. Despite contacting Viagogo multiple times to explain the situation and the incorrect email address, they have been unresponsive. We urgently need Viagogo to resend the tickets to the correct email address my mom uses. She possesses all the necessary ticket information but is struggling to convince Viagogo about the email error. Any assistance in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated.
