Hello, I have a big problem with Viagogo. A few months ago, I have entered Viagogo website to look for a BTS concert tickets, order *********, in Hong Kong. At the begining of my purchase I was asked about the quantities, and then, if we'd like to seat together, so I have pressed the seated together tickets and then it opened all available tickets they had. I have seen a few sections around the stsge, and it seemed like the closest seats for this venue. So, I have purchased the floor section while during all the time of my purchase, I have seen on the side of the ticket I chose, the seated together mark. I was so sure I'd get good seats, but then realised that I have recived Block C, which was far from the stage. I've contacted Viagogo about the tickets, and they have told me that they do not choose the seats, so there's nothing they can do to help me in getting better seats. At the day of the event, you can imagine my surprise when I found out that all this time, the tickets I've purchased were STANDING area. I was totally shocked, I couldn't believe what happened. The tickets for this concert were bought for my daughter's **th birthday as a surprise gift, and she is so small, that STANDING is definitely out of the question. I personally, cannot be in crowded places, due to the fact I tend to fait. I have asked specifically to get seated together tickets, and no where on the website was meantioned anything about STANDING tickets. Well, I have tried to watch the concert with my daughter, when all of the sudden I have started to lose air and couldn't breath. I started to see everything black and fell on the floor, my daughter was crying saying we should leave, and it was too crowded anyway, so there's nothing we could have done, and she helped me a lot. I prayed to god to help me pass this concert and make it for my daughter's sake, she is only ** years old. In the end after a lot of cries and feeling so bad and frustrated, I have sent an email to Viagogo regarding this case. I have asked for a full refund, due to the fact they have misled me in buying the wrong tickets without any description when buying the tickets. As for now, every email I send them, they give me the same answer over and over again. So, I need your help solving this case on the best side. For now, I received a comprnsation for ** sterling, while I have asked for full refund of the almost **** NIS I have paid in full. I haven't managed to see and enjoy the concert with my daughter at all that night. We were traumatized from this event, and my request is to get full refund for these two tickets.
