However, I am uncomfortable with having uploaded my e-ticket to Viagogo, fearing it could be misused or resold without my consent, potentially preventing me from attending the event. The impact of this situation has caused me concern, prompting me to discuss it with my family. The incident occurred on 24/04/[redacted]. I kindly request a guarantee to ensure my entry to the event. My daughter requested two tickets for Sean Mendes at Rod Laver for her 14th birthday. The tickets were $89.90 each, totaling $[redacted].80. Unfortunately, the seats are not top-tier due to budget constraints. On top of this, we were billed $[redacted].16 in booking fees, with Ticketek adding an extra $5.50. I would appreciate clarity on the breakdown of these charges. The overall fees seem excessive, and I feel a detailed explanation and justification for these costs are necessary. I kindly request a refund for most of the booking fees as it feels unfair.

I sold 2 tickets for the Real Madrid vs Villarreal match. I confirmed the sale at night. Concerned that I may have uploaded the wrong e-ticket, I have contacted Viagogo three times to request the link addresses that were used. However, I have received responses that do not address my issue. I am simply looking to verify and potentially correct any link if I made an error. My order ID is [redacted]8.

I am looking to resell two Eric Clapton tickets for the London show on May 16th as I will not be able to attend. I prefer digital delivery of the tickets for platforms like TicketSwap, which requires a downloadable barcode. Although the website mentions downloading from the "Purchases" section, I am unable to find this option. If digital delivery is not possible, I would like to change the delivery address from Sweden to London as per their FAQ, but I am unable to locate this feature either. I have not received any responses to my emails in over 24 hours. I kindly request the company to contact me through any available channel at their earliest convenience.

I am a pensioner who saved up to purchase 2 tickets for a Hugh Jackman concert on August 3rd at 2:00pm. These tickets are for a young man who has been battling cancer and is now in remission at 20 years old. I bought the tickets through a website shown on TV, and they are from viaGoGo. I am concerned as I have heard that tickets from this organization may not be valid. I won't know until I scan the tickets at the venue on the day of the event. Hello, I recently purchased tickets to the RHS Chelsea Flower Show, but upon downloading them, I noticed they have the name "Mr. James Rayfield" on them. I am aware you mentioned the name doesn't need to match, but the tickets state that any unauthorized duplication or sale will invalidate them. Furthermore, it indicates that tickets can only be used by the Buyer and their accompanying person(s) and that all ticket holders must show valid photo ID matching the Buyer's details on the ticket. This discrepancy has me worried, especially considering the considerable price I paid for them. I kindly request a prompt response regarding this matter. Thank you.

Good evening, yesterday I purchased 10 tickets for the Italian football match between Torino and Sassuolo, paying a total of [redacted]€. Today, after downloading and stamping the tickets, I noticed a significant discrepancy between the prices I paid and the prices listed on the tickets – the actual cost displayed on the tickets was only [redacted]€. This lack of transparency feels misleading and may border on fraudulent. I kindly request a refund for the price difference. It's concerning to see similar complaints from others regarding this ticket booking process, prompting the Italian Antitrust to take action. Order Number: [redacted]1 I recently placed an order for concert tickets in Prague, but I mistakenly provided Italy instead of Germany as the country for delivery. Despite the city, address, and zip code being correct, the tickets were sent to Italy by mistake. I have contacted the Czech postal service handling the delivery, and they informed me that the tickets will be sent back as the address in Italy is incorrect. Good morning, I am interested in purchasing 1-day tickets for the Ed Sheeran concert at the Sziget Festival in Budapest on 7th August [redacted]. I noticed there are two options for 1-day tickets: one for just Ed Sheeran and another for Ed Sheeran plus other artists. The latter is slightly more expensive. Dear Sir/Madam, I purchased two tickets for the Roland-Garros final two months ago. Recently, I received e-tickets by email, only to discover that they have someone else's name on them. The tickets state that proof of identity will be required at the entrance. According to the official Roland-Garros website, purchasing tickets through Viagogo is illegal, and tickets bought through this platform will not be valid. I contacted their customer service, who confirmed that the name on the ticket must match the ticket holder's identity, which will be checked upon entry. I am experiencing a significant issue with Viagogo. Several months ago, I visited Viagogo's website to search for BTS concert tickets in Hong Kong with order #[redacted]7. Initially, I was prompted to select the ticket quantities and whether I wanted seats together. I opted for seated together tickets, and the available options were displayed. Choosing what seemed to be the closest seats to the stage, I purchased floor section tickets. Throughout the process, I noticed the indication of seated together on the selected tickets. To my disappointment, I later discovered that I had received Block C tickets, which were far from the stage. When I reached out to Viagogo, they explained that they do not assign seats and were unable to assist me in obtaining better ones. On the day of the concert, I was shocked to learn that the tickets I bought were for the STANDING area. This was especially challenging as the tickets were meant as a surprise gift for my daughter's 12th birthday, who is small and unable to stand for the event. Due to my discomfort in crowded places and tendency to faint, I had specifically requested seated tickets. The website did not mention anything about standing tickets. Despite the distressing experience at the concert, where I struggled to breathe and nearly fainted, and my daughter was upset, I contacted Viagogo via email requesting a full refund. However, I have received repetitive responses offering a mere £20 compensation, significantly lower than the almost [redacted] NIS I paid for the tickets. I have not been able to enjoy the concert with my daughter, and the incident was traumatizing for us both. On May 18, [redacted], I attempted to buy tickets for the Babymetal opening act at the Hard Rock venue in Orlando, Florida. The ticket price started at $62, which seemed reasonable to me. However, I was taken aback when additional seller fees were added after I entered my credit card details and confirmed the order. I felt deceived and upset because these fees were not disclosed upfront. If I had known about them earlier, I would have reconsidered my purchase. The way the fees were added on the final page made me feel like I was being tricked. I will be contacting my bank and other relevant parties to seek a refund, as I believe I have been financially misled and mistreated. My expectation of enjoying the event turned into shock and confusion due to the unfair practices of Viagogo.

I purchased two tickets as a birthday gift, only to discover that someone else had already obtained tickets. I opted to resell the tickets at my purchase price of £[redacted].60 each. However, upon viewing my listing on Viagogo, I noticed they were priced at £[redacted] each, which is £47.40 more per ticket. Could this be the commission Viagogo collects? I am curious if there is a set percentage that Viagogo takes. If I remove my listing, will Viagogo send me the tickets so I can sell them privately? Hello, I recently purchased two WINNER concert tickets for the Osaka, Japan show on July 15, [redacted], for JPY53,[redacted]. I noticed that although I was supposed to pay the equivalent of AUD$[redacted] per ticket, I was actually charged $[redacted] per ticket. I now want to return or resell the tickets since I realized they are not regular sale tickets but rather pre-sale ones that I have yet to receive. I only received an email confirmation of my order and do not have any detailed ticket information like the section or row. I'm having trouble listing the tickets for sale because I cannot upload any ticket files without this information.
