Please, kindly reach out to me at my email, [redacted], or by phone at +64 9 22 [redacted]. I am the father of Patrick Lasham, who bought tickets from you. Patrick's email is [redacted], and his purchase number is [redacted]6 for an order made on 11/12/[redacted] to attend the Ozzie Osbourne show. Due to Ozzy's illness, he has withdrawn from the event. We would like a full refund for our tickets as we purchased them specifically to see Ozzie Osbourne. Ticketmaster, who originally sold the tickets, is offering full refunds as per NZ Legislation. When my son contacted your company, you only offered a partial refund and suggested seeing Judas Priest instead. We insist on a full refund since it is available. Please respond to this matter within the next three days. Thank you. Stephen Lasham, Patrick Lasham's father. Additional information: The tickets are for Row FF seats [redacted] and [redacted], initially purchased by Anahi Levenson. The Ticketmaster confirmation number is 12-[redacted]/NZL. Viagogo order ID is [redacted]6. Patrick's email address is [redacted] Thank you. Stephen.

I am writing in regards to my recent purchase of four tickets to Blackpink’s Melbourne concert for the 13th of June [redacted] with Order ID: [redacted]2. Upon receiving the concert tickets, I was disappointed to find that the name on them did not match my own. Additionally, the tickets cost significantly more than the originally quoted price of $[redacted] each. This discrepancy feels unfair and deceptive to me. I believe I have been overcharged for the tickets and misled by your website into paying a higher price than anticipated. Therefore, I kindly request a full refund for the four tickets I purchased, including any administration fees, totaling A$1,[redacted].45. This refund is to address the difference between the price paid and the advertised price, as well as the inconvenience and frustration this situation has caused me.

Subject: Ticket Complaint on Behalf of Joanne Hendrick Dear Sir/Madam, I am reaching out to express dissatisfaction regarding the tickets purchased by my daughter, Joanne Hendrick, for the Alexander Burke concert at the Empire Theatre in Liverpool on March 2, [redacted]. The tickets were obtained under order number [redacted]7. My daughter bought the tickets as a birthday present for myself and my granddaughter, who are both devoted fans of Alexander Burke. However, upon attending the show, we were disappointed to find out that it was not Alexander Burke performing. Despite the high price of £94 per ticket, we were led to believe it was Mr. Alexander Burke who would be on stage. The tickets were registered under the name of Mr. Benedict Berger at a cost of £51, which adds to the confusion. I am currently looking into this matter with the local Trading Standards, and would appreciate a prompt response from your end. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, Pat Ellis Email: [redacted] Phone: 07760XXXXXX

I am reaching out about my recent purchase of 2 ASAP Rocky tickets for his Paris show in [redacted]. The receipt indicated that I would receive the tickets one week before the event. I was expecting to receive them immediately upon purchase. Is there a way for me to track my tickets? I am worried about missing out on the event. I am only 15 years old and I saved up all my money for these tickets. It would be so disappointing for me if I don't receive them.

I purchased two e-tickets to see Juice WRLD and Ski Mask the Slump God at the Coca-Cola Coliseum on May 25th. Unfortunately, I received an email stating that the seller could not provide the tickets. I am unable to select alternative seats on the website as every time I confirm a seat, it redirects me to a page saying "Alternative Tickets - This link has expired." I would like to either receive the original tickets I requested or be able to choose new seats that actually work on the site. It's important for me to have both tickets together. I am disappointed by the lack of contact information provided by Viagogo; I would prefer to call them directly. I hope to have this matter resolved promptly. Thank you for addressing my concerns. Jada A.

Regarding Order Number ID [redacted]1 To whom it may concern, I am writing regarding the order mentioned above. Despite being assured of "superb" tickets, we received 2 x C Reserve tickets in a less desirable location than what we had paid for. The tickets were for Row Q, seats 10 and 11, with a face value of $79 each. Additionally, we were charged a service fee of over $[redacted], which does not align with the premium tickets we requested. As a result, we missed the show last night due to the discrepancy. We are requesting a full refund in Australian dollars for the price we were charged. I have kept the tickets as proof of our absence. I have also contacted American Express to dispute the inflated charges. In order to maintain our business relationship, we urge you to address this matter promptly. Sincerely, W. Rosemary H. PO BOX [redacted], WYNYARD TAS [redacted] [redacted] 03 6[redacted] | [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] To Whom It May Concern, Subject: ISSUE WITH JOHN BUTLER TRIO TICKET PURCHASED VIA VIAGOGO ON 28/01/[redacted] I am writing to address an issue regarding the John Butler Trio tickets I purchased through your platform on 28/01/[redacted] with order number [redacted]0. The problem lies in the discrepancy between the ticket price I paid ($[redacted].97 for 2 tickets) and the face value of the tickets ($[redacted] each). As a senior citizen, I consider this misleading and seek a refund of $84.97. I have already approached the ACCC regarding this matter, and they have suggested contacting Tasmania Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. I am willing to forgo further action if the refund is issued promptly; however, if unresolved, I will escalate this matter to the authorities mentioned. I kindly request a refund of $84.97 to be credited back to the card used for the purchase. I anticipate a resolution from your end by 25 April [redacted]; failure to do so will result in formal complaints with the ACCC and Tasmania Consumer Affairs and Fair Trading. Sincerely, Rosemary H.

Hello, I've used StubHub in the US and was accustomed to the service fees, but I've never encountered issues with fake tickets due to their strong security measures. In Europe, I bought Elton John and French Open tickets totaling 2,[redacted] Euros. However, in Belgium, I can't use my 3 Viagogo tickets, and I'm unsure about my 4 French Open tickets due to recent Viagogo problems. I believe it's crucial for Viagogo to address concerns promptly for both customers and authorities to regain trust. Their lack of communication is worrying. Can you advise on next steps? Thanks, Michael McDonald.

Order Number: [redacted]3 I purchased tickets for an event that will only release tickets on 18/03/[redacted], but the seller claimed to have them. They promised a download link after purchase but later admitted they don’t have tickets and will only provide them a week before the event. I paid $[redacted].70 for tickets that are not yet available. The site used false scarcity tactics, misleading buyers into panic purchases. They refuse refunds and suggest reselling unissued tickets. This behavior is a scam. I’ve taken action with PayPal, my bank, and will contact ACCC. I demand a full refund. Please address this issue with my order number [redacted]3. Regarding a pending transaction on my card, I would like to cancel the pre-authorization. I received a message explaining why pre-authorizations are made, but I want this specific one canceled to avoid further issues. I have attached a template to facilitate this process with my bank. Thank you.

I purchased three tickets for the Foro Italico Internazionali Tennis [redacted] on Monday, May 13, and another three tickets for Tuesday, May 14. I paid a much higher price than anticipated. The purchase was made on January 19, and I still don't have the tickets. I am considering reporting this to the Financial Police and Postal Police. I need a response soon. Thank you.

I have relisted my two Hellfest [redacted] 3-day passes for sale, but upon checking the available 3-day passes, I couldn't find mine listed. Initially priced at [redacted] euros each, I attempted to adjust my price to [redacted] euros since noticing other high-priced tickets "sold" without any notifications. I am puzzled by the lack of response even after lowering the price. After exploring why my listing may be inactive on the site, I was prompted to upload proof of purchase, which seems unnecessary as I bought the tickets through Viagogo. The email I received after relisting assured me that no further action was required, adding to my confusion.

I bought tickets for Earl Sweatshirt's concert over a month ago through ViaGoGo. However, upon arriving at the venue and waiting in line, I discovered that the tickets were invalid. The staff informed me they were showing as refunded. After checking with Will Call, I learned that only Ticketmaster and one other seller were authorized for the event, leading me to realize my tickets were useless. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a customer service number for Viagogo. While trying to resolve the issue, I overheard that the seller might have refunded the tickets, received a refund, and then sent me invalid ones. I am looking to get a refund for this purchase.

Hello everyone, I listed 2 tickets for the second Auckland concert of the Red Hot Chili Peppers for sale a few weeks before the event. The tickets were successfully posted for sale initially, but I later noticed they were no longer listed the following week and leading up to the concert. Despite my attempts to repost them by following the online selling process repeatedly, they never reappeared as available for sale. Multiple independent individuals also confirmed that the tickets were not visible online, even though Viagogo had sent me multiple confirmations that they were indeed listed for sale. The tickets should still be up for sale, but for some reason, they are not showing as available. I would appreciate an explanation for why I was unable to sell these tickets, despite being provided with the tools to do so.

I purchased tickets to see the Rolling Stones in New Orleans for several reasons. Firstly, I have a Right Total Knee Replacement scheduled in mid-May, with three months of required post-op Physical Therapy, making it impossible for me to stand for the duration of the concert post-surgery. Secondly, in addition to seeing the Stones, there are also some amazing Jazz bands performing on the same day for the price I paid per ticket. Lastly, I have never visited New Orleans before. With the concert being postponed, I am extremely anxious about the rescheduling. My partner's health has also taken a downturn, and he is currently unable to fly due to an urgent eye condition that requires intensive treatments every four weeks, coinciding with April 30, [redacted]. Unfortunately, due to the concert being rescheduled, neither of us will be able to attend.

My event got postponed, and I am seeking a refund. I bought tickets through Ticketmaster like our friends who already received their refunds smoothly. However, I am struggling to reach anyone for help, which is frustrating 😡. I reside in Canada and believed I was purchasing tickets in Canadian currency, but to my surprise, I was charged in U.S. dollars. This resulted in me paying more than the tickets are worth, making it unlikely for me to resell them. Unfortunately, I won't be able to attend the concert on any rescheduled date. I am desperate for a refund, but I am unable to speak with a customer service representative.

I have chosen not to relist my concert tickets to avoid perpetuating any scams or causing issues for potential buyers. I have recently learned from various sources that others have successfully received full refunds for tickets purchased through Viagogo. I believe I am entitled to a full refund for the following reasons: Viagogo did not disclose the risk of being denied entry, did not specify seat locations in the venue, did not provide information about the ticket sellers, gave misleading details about ticket availability, did not facilitate easy refunds under their guarantee, and encouraged ticket resale which I am not authorized to do. These actions by Viagogo violate my legal rights under the CMA, and I am requesting a full refund.

I am Leanne Dunn, and I bought two tickets to see Ariana Grande in April [redacted] for AUD$[redacted]. However, the tickets turned out to be invalid, causing me much distress. Despite reaching out to your company numerous times, I never received a response. This situation was particularly challenging for me as I had just lost my husband in March [redacted] and wanted to bring my daughter to the concert in September to uplift her spirits. Due to the invalid tickets, I had to purchase new ones through a different vendor after already incurring significant expenses, especially with funeral costs. There have been reports and a Royal Commission in Australia investigating viagogo for similar issues. I would like viagogo to refund the AUD$[redacted].00 I spent on the tickets. My order ID is [redacted]2, and I hope to hear back from viagogo soon to resolve this matter. Thank you.

I bought two tickets to see Santana at the Grand Ole Opry House for this Monday, April 22, [redacted], at 7:00 pm. I was informed that I would be able to download my tickets a week before the concert. After contacting customer service, I was told they would be available for download today, April 19th. However, I am unable to find any record of my purchase when I check my account. My order number is [redacted]1, and the total cost was $[redacted].95. I need assistance in retrieving my tickets since I have travel plans to Nashville for the event.

Hello, I sent an email from my phone yesterday regarding the two Elton John tickets I bought on 15/11 for the concert in Cardiff on 15/6/19. I want to make sure everything is alright and get an update on when I can expect to receive the tickets. The payment was deducted from my bank on 17/11. The order number is [redacted]8. I would really appreciate it if someone could email me today with an update on the tickets, as they were quite expensive and it's a special event for my son and me. This concert means a lot to me as I have been a fan since I was 10 years old. Thank you, Karen M.
