The issue in GetHuman-jodiemin's own words
I've relisted my two Hellfest **** *-day passes for sale, but when I went to look at all the * day passes available for sale I did not see mine. I had originally listed mine for *** euros each, which would make them one of the most expensive listings on their site... I then went to look and see the available tickets for sale to see if I needed to lower my price. While I was looking at it the two highest priced tickets were "sold" but I have not received any notification. I have since lowered my price to *** euros and still have not heard back...**I went to my listing and they gave me the option to select "why my listing is not active" and the "help" says that it might be necessary for me to upload my proof of purchase. I purchased my tickets through Viagogo originally, therefore I should not have to provide this to them and there is no place for me to do so? Also in the original email they sent when I relisted, they stated there was nothing else I needed to do.
GetHuman-jodiemin did not yet indicate what ViaGoGo should do to make this right.
