Why is the name on my ticket not mine but a foreign one and the cost highly inflated that I paid but a lot less on the ticket. I can I find out if the ticket is actually valid purchased through viagogo but states Ticketmaster on the download. Ticket master will not confirm the validity as the name is different and say although I paid for the ticket I am not the cardholder. They will only speak to the cardholder Jutta Sipila who I donot know. I find this highly unacceptable. Please could you get in touch ASAP. Elizabeth Robson. Ref number **-******UK
