To Viagogo,**Today, Sunday Dec **, I purchased * tickets to the Kylie Melbourne concert from Viagogo.**I have been legally misled on two accounts and request my money be immediately transferred back to my credit card, as the tickets do not match what was communicated online.***. The $*** tickets have a hidden booking fee of $** (truly shocking), which was not displayed throughout the booking process and was a shock to only find out once my credit card was charged $****.** for * tickets, rather than the communicated ticket price of $***. In reviewing the booking process post transaction, I discovered the $***ticket booking*handling fee is ONLY displayed on the very last payment screen - and even then not clear from a consumer perspective - ie not where you enter Credit card info, alongside distraction of a countdown clock - a massive lack of price transparency and a conflict with ACCC Consumer Rights Act.***. I purposely booked * seats together, however post booking have discovered the tickets are General Admission. I was informed throughout the process my seats would be together, and have been misguided as to paying for tickets which are General Admission and standing room only - not seated as communicated throughout the flow..**I have spoken to our bank who are not able to reverse the Credit Card payment from our side, and as a ticket merchant you are legally required to not mislead or hide costs from consumers. These tickets received do NOT match the description provided on the website throughout purchase journey.**I understand that under the Australian Consumer Law, when I buy products and services they come with automatic guarantees that they will work and do what I asked for.**I have marked up a document supporting lack of transparency in Ticket pricing throughout, as well as misleading to be ticketed 'seats' - if you provide an email address I can forward on this proof.**By law, due to the Viagogo online purchase misleading information, I am requesting a full refund of $****.** back onto my credit card, as I expected to be paying $*** for seated tickets.**If I do not hear from you within * working days, I will lodge a formal complaint with Consumer Affairs Victoria and*or report my issue to the ACCC.**You can contact me about this complaint via email at *****@***.com or call me on ************ during business hours.**Thank you for your assistance in this matter.**Regards*Anna Pearce
