Help with my ViaGoGo issue

I did not trust the tickets from Viagogo. Aberdeen AECC had already said they could not guarantee I would be allowed access on the night. Ticketmaster would not speak with me unless I had the last * digits of the card used to purchase the tickets - I was not the buyer. I did not realise when I bought these in March that this was a re-sale site. The pressure to purchase was calculated and emmense - I see that now. And Viagogo would not speak to me till ** hours before the event. *We had hoped to go as a family but the Viagogo price was prohibitive. Fortunately I only bought * tickets and decided my husband could take our son for his birthday present. *When the Viagogo tickets came through and I realised the tactics used to get me to buy I was sickened but not able to get reasurace anywhere - all anyone could say was - “turn up and chance it”*Even more galling was that ticket master still had tickets available. Galling,but that was our saving grace. I bought two more tickets at the face value. *We, our family of *, turned up for the gig on Saturday ** November and as feared the viagogo tickets were declined. My son and husband had a fantastic evening with the ticket master tickets but my daughter and I were turned away. *I saw this coming but had hoped for a better outcome. *In case you are wondering why I have taken so long to contact - we have a busy family.Full time work, daughter with school exams to support, job interviews and my father is very ill and last week he required time in hospital with pneumonia. My mum and dad need more support at the moment. *Had we to pay for travel and accommodation for the event I would be pushing for compensation for that too instead I hope only for my total charge from Viagogo (£***,**) to be refunded to my MasterCard account. How do I do this? And as easily as possible please - I believe I am legally entitled to this but have neither the time or resources for messing around. I urge you please to make this simple and possible asap.
