I was trying to purchase * concert ticket. I proceeded through the purchase stages entered my details and payment details and was told that i could not proceed with the purchase because the phone number I had given did not match the info that ANZ visa card had. I attempted to change the phone number but could not return to that screen to make the alterations. I edited out of the website as i could not complete the purchase. I then was able to purchase a ticket from another booking operator. I was astonished to receive an email from ViaGoGo telling me that my purchase had been successful????????? So now I have two tickets and i excpect to get a refund from VisGoGo as i was told that their purchase could not be completed. *Thank you ID ********
