Fwd: Congratulations your tickets have sold **********Dear Viagogo.*I recently sold two Deacon Blue tickets for the event at the Apollo on Friday **th Nov. I have attached the ref above.*The problem I have is that my email address is *****@***.com but when I tried to resell the tickets your system refused to accept it as a viable email address. *Consequently in order to sell the tickets I used my husband's email address stephen.robert.graham@gmail..com and he has just forwarded on the info that the tickets are sold.*I want to arrange for the money to be transferred by BACS to the original purchasing bank account but now I can't get onto the selling info. The only account info I can now access is ironically under my original email address *****@***.com which tells there is no sales info.*I feel as though I am going round in circles- can you please help!*Many thanks*Fiona Graham
