My husband fell off a faulty platform and hit his tailbone head and forearm on the cement between the rails and the cement platform when we arrived in Edmonton. The reaction of staff was defensive unhelpful and even negligent. We are due for another train trip tomorrow from Edmonton to Winnipeg and want to know that we will be cared for and compensated as well as taken care of medically as the need arises.
