I called about * or * weeks ago to talk about my rate. Long story short the woman brought it down to about **$. Then I got notice a week or two later that I had been billed at the old rate, about $**. I called and they said once the service was done, the technician would make the change and I'd get the lower rate. The guy came, I asked him about it, and he said he knew nothing. I got a notice via email this week about the new monthly bill and it's STILL AT THE OLD RATE. *I want to only be charged what I was promised, around $**.*Tanya Roland
