I WENT ONLINE TO MAKE A PAYMENT. WENT I TRIED TO SUBMIT VIA MY CURREN DEBIT CARD WHICH WAS STOREED FROM PAST PAYMENTS, IT SAID INVALID CARD. I THEN ENETRED THE CATD INFO MANUALLY AND IT STILL SAID INVALID. I TRIED ANOTHET WAY BY RESETTING THE CARD AND IT THEN RECOGNIZED THE CARD AS VALID. WHAT IS GOING ON? I NOT ONLY FOUND THIS COFUSING BUT WAT TOO TIME CONSUMING. WHY DID iI HAVE USE A NEW PASSWORD WHEN THE OLD ONE WAS VALID?
