I recently purchased a prepaid verizone phone with a $***month plan. The phone malfunctioned within the first * hours after activation. I returned the phone for a refund, but the phone plan is non refundable, so is there a way i can transfer the $ ** plan and phone number to a new verizon prepaid phone?
