You can also dispute a charge through the app. Once logged in, look up your ride under Your Trips, select the ride that you wish to dispute, then click "I would like a refund" and then select the reason for the refund request.
The issue in GetHuman-jdmillhi's own words
I have received notice via review of my credit report that I have a Verizon account that is in collections. I am a victim of identity theft and have never had a Verizon wireless account. I have tried to fill out the fraud form on the web and it continuously FAILS. II have tried MANY Customer service numbers to get help but everyone of them requires an account or wireless number WHICH I HAVE NEVER HAD. I need assistance to talk directly with someone at Verizon to either take the report or help with the online fraud form. I have entered the data requested in the boxes only to have the form insist I fill in the boxes.
