I am a longtime user of Fios. I'm ** years old and my wife is **. I have vcr (recording service) on one of my * cable boxes that I control from my room. I have just gotten my monthly bill and it shows a view on demand that I did not order and want removed from my bill. This purchase was NOT authorized by me and my wife wouldn't do it without me. I went into the chat room earlier and was told that they couldn't do a thing for me. I was given a number to appeal to a person of authority and then given this other mean to get an answer. My bill is over $ ***.** EVERY MONTH and that's a big chunk out of my Social Security. If you go to retailer of any kind, they can show you proof of purchase in various forms. I would like to see a proof that I purchased a movie. If NOT, I would like t have taken off my bill. I had an account with Verizon mobile and questionable transactions and I paid them in full and switched. I can do the same with my Verizon cable account.
