I have new chargese that I never wanted and didn't kn*w there was a charge all I wanted was my new phone i don't need your pad or what ever it is called you can take it back I need to talk to a PERSON

Yes I actually got to take to them and they answered ALL of my question. Now I can see my bill. They explained I had extra upgrade charges from my new phone and the tablet only cost $**. a month I can handle that. Also addressed ever thing else I didn't understand in terms I could understand it was so nice I got to talk to there customer service that was very knowledgeable kudos for Verizon. I signed up for them to call me back and they did and told them there website had errors they will for sure look into that but I use use the Verizon on my phone and get the information I was looking for.
