I have a business account with verizon , on may **** i have purchase * phones of which I kindly asked the verizon rep to set both phones on international packages as these phones will be used over seas. *On july my account charged were over ****$ of which most of the bill was international calls . *I have tried calling verizon and going to the branch were I have purchased the phones but everytime I speak with a supervisor they end up promising to get back to me to resolve this matter and they never do. *There is no office where I can go to to resolve this matter no email address where i can email and have a written conversation . *Right now verizon has disconnected all my devices and the bill is **,***$ *I did not sign up with verizon for a mortgage only a phone line
