My husband and I live in Canada and, for several years now, have had a Verizon prepaid phones that we use only in the U.S. This year, we missed the deadline to renew our phones so have lost the balances that had been there. (I don't know what they were, but I had more than ** hours left on mine and I believe my husband had around ** -- each year the number of hours available increased.)* *I recently learned that our phones ( simple flip phones) will no longer be supported so we would have to get new phones if we want to continue with Verizon**Is there any way that we can use the funds (the balances we just lost) to get new phones so we could then continue with the prepaid plan we had?**I would very much appreciate talking on the phone with a live someone from Verizon -- is that possible?**Barbara Lehman
