I spent ** minutes on the phone speaking with numerous agents about an overcharge on my account. The third representative told me that he helped me and removed the overcharge on my account. He didn’t sound confident when he said it, and I even asked “are you sure? Your voice doesn’t sound confident” and he said “that’s just the way I talk, ma’am”. Then when he sent me to financial services to settle my remaining balance, they told me that they didn’t see that the overcharge had been credited. I asked to speak to a supervisor, who told me that I had the wrong department and that they were transferring me to the customer service supervisor, but instead I got an automated system that had no options for me.
GetHuman-mfitzmit did not yet indicate what Verizon should do to make this right.
