My iPhone was dropped onto concrete hard service this past Tuesday (New Year's Day). The face of the phone shattered and thus, the phone needs replacing. It is a version * and candidly, for several reasons I've needed to upgrade. So I've been navigating this transition the past several days. Since I'm on my company's plan, I've had to run this through our IT administrator. It's taken him a few days but I'm hoping he'll have me back up and running sometime early next week. **Meanwhile I've been unable to access my voice mail nor texts as my broken phone screen is not legible. I tried calling my cell * from another phone and using what I thought was my password. Unfortunately the password I thought was correct is not the correct password. **Is there a way someone in Customer Support can guide me on how to access my voice mail calling from another phone like this? I presume it's just a matter of resetting a different password or something? **Please advise. Thanks in advance for any help. **My email address is *****@***.com.
