I need some assistance…please.***st*week of December **** I decided I had, had enough of ATT.* They really put me in a bad situation their sales rep. flat out lied and its costing me an extra $**** (as it stands).*****I went to your South Park Store (**** E. Woodlawn, *****)and they really wanted to earn my business after ** years of being with ATT.**With Verizon I was offered $*** a phone and $*** per phone, due to my step-son being in the military.* I was told they needed a copy of his pay-stub…I said he was in basic training and AJ and Deanna said no problem get the stub ASAP (I advised it would probably be around Christmas, and they said ok).***I went back to the store a week later and told Deanna and AJ I was still waiting. *Deanna was super nice and excited, I hadn’t forgotten about her and was following through. **My step son got out from Christmas break and forwarded the pay-stub.***I drove to the Verizon store today to trade * phones and switch and was told the promotion had ended and all you had was $*** per phone I bring over.****For me to leave ATT after ** years my phone buy-out would be $***…was excited to jump ship after ** years of being super loyal, but really a bad taste in my mouth.******Whether the sales rep. should’ve told me it could end…or??? Just really stinks after doing a lot of coordinating to have the rug pulled out from under us.***Not sure what can be done but I would love to jump ship from AT&T***Thank you Keith Byrnes
