Just spoke with two agents about residential account *********. The first person put us on hold - ** minutes. That person was going to be right back (I assumed they were going to set up a service call for us). The second person gets on the line and doesn't have a clue as to why the call was transfered to us and we did not know either. Still completely unsatisfied to the point that this is bad customer service and I can go somewhere else for my residential services.
