I have been a loyal customer for over * years, and I am really unhappy with the service I have received. Over this time I have had a technician over at least * times, increased the amount of bandwidth that I was paying for and despite that the service is just not good... **I am paying so much a month and yet I feel like I am not getting my money's worth. Internet is constantly slow and things are always going wrong, and have to be reset. **I don't want to be constantly fixing something that should be working well... So, I would like some form of compensation (refunding some of what I paid so far) and a better service for this money. Otherwise I will cancel my service with you, because it is just not good enough for me.
