My most recent bill is incorrect. I never received a promised $* per month discount that is supposed to be applied once I enrolled in autopay from my bank account. I already had to deal with this last month, and it was corrected, and I was promised this discount would be applied on future bills. But the discount was not there for my next bill. I have the chat sessions confirming this. I also have my original order that shows what the bill should be BEFORE the discount was applied.
